SIZE EXCHANGE OPTION:
1) The product should be in unused condition with the tag intact and all additional items (belts, etc.) included.
2) Delivery charges apply for EXCHANGES.
3) The exchange process takes 7-10 days.
4) If the item is returned by the customer, the customer is responsible for delivery charges.
5) Please note that no returns or cash back, only exchanges are accepted for sale items.
6) The item must be odorless.
7) If the item does not meet these conditions, we cannot process the exchange.
DEFECTED OR DAMAGED ITEMS:
